OLED+950 – An outstanding premium OLED TV

The OLED+950 sets a new standard for flagship performance thanks to its unique combination of outstanding image quality delivered as part of an immersive viewing experience thanks to the inclusion of four-sided version of the Ambilight system.

True reference quality images are achieved by combining a new 9th Gen version of the P5 AI Dual Engine processor with the new META 3.0 OLED technology featuring the latest primary RGB tandem panel.

The new and more powerful 9th Gen P5 AI Dual Engine processor now includes new Adaptive Intelligence, an AI Adaptive Gamut Enhancer, a new Specular Highlight Enhancement feature, new AI Machine Learn Sharpness V3 system, a new V4 version of the AI Smart Bit Enhancement algorithm and the V4 version of the AI Perfect Reality feature.

Adaptive Intelligence continues to use artificial intelligence for content classification plus Machine Learning and Deep Learning but now also ‘learns’ from additional data, such as trained in-frame analyses, META data, source info, full frame analysis, environment sensing and big data learnings – all used to adjust and optimize the final picture quality.

Specular Highlight enhancement is a new picture contrast enhancement feature that can intelligently accentuate bright detail in images from HDR sources.

The 9th Gen P5 AI Dual Engine also includes a new AI Adaptive Gamut Enhancer feature, particularly targeted towards Rec.709 sources, optimising colour reproduction by extending colours to make them more vibrant but without affecting skin tones and allowing the full potential of the new wide colour gamut panel to be used. The level of colour enhancement is also user selectable and can be set to different tastes, e.g. natural, balanced and vibrant.

META 3.0 technology includes the new Primary RGB Tandem panel which adopts a stacked four-layer structure using pure R, G, B light sources to improve colour gamut to 99.5 DCI-P3 (83% BT2020) while also enhancing brightness to offer a full white performance of 350Nit and a new peak of 3700nit.

The META 3.0 technology also features improved ultra-low reflection technology that can now block more than 99% of any on-screen reflections to ensure that picture detail and accurate colour reproduction are maintained even in the brightest of viewing conditions.

META 3.0 also helps to reduce power consumption by up to 20% thanks to an improved panel power supply.

Exceptional picture quality is matched with excellent sound quality, with the OLED+950 featuring an integrated 70W 2.1 sound system with an accurate digital crossover precisely controlling the distribution to the two-way left and right speakers, plus the dedicated triple ring, rear facing bass driver – supported by four passive radiators.

Personalised gaming continues to be a focus for the OLED+ range and is now even easier with the updated game bar adding an auto detection facility to the game profiles feature, for the most popular games.

Gamers can continue to make customisations and enhancements for individual games which are saved under a dedicated profile. The TV will then detect the next time the same game is played and will auto-select the existing profile from the saved profile.

The latest game bar also now includes an enhanced colour helper mode to more accurately select colours from a wider colour selection and filtering.

The updated game bar on the OLED+950 also now includes a minimap zoom. This game help mode allows gamers to zoom the games minimap, move it to a different location on the screen and alter its transparency.

The Ultra-slim OLED+950 design features a minimalist black metal bezel and diamante angled black sheen fee.

OLED+910 – Matches Exceptional PQ with Bowers & Wilkins Sound

The OLED+910 maintains a unique position in the OLED market for by combining the exceptional picture quality of the latest 9th Gen P5 AI processing with Meta 3.0 technology and the unique immersion of four-sided Ambilight – all in combination with the superb sound quality of
of a Bowers & Wilkins 3.1 frontal sound system.

The 9th Gen P5 AI includes Adaptive Intelligence which uses artificial intelligence for content classification using Machine Learning and Deep Learning but now also ‘learns’ from additional data, such as trained in-frame analyses, META data, source info, full frame analysis, environment sensing, big data learnings – all used to adjust and optimize the final picture quality.

A new AI Adaptive Gamut Enhancer feature, particularly targeted towards Rec.709 sources, optimises colour reproduction to allow the full potential of the new wide colour gamut panel to be used by extending colours to make them more vibrant but without affecting skin tones.

Exceptional image quality is joined by the outstanding sound quality of a Bowers & Wilkins system, that the company’s engineers have further tuned to enhance overall acoustic refinement.

The system includes dedicated, front-firing, left, centre, right (LCR) speakers, with each channel including two 30mm x 50mm mid-range drivers plus a 19mm titanium dome tweeter, featuring a Nautilus tube, and with each speaker acoustically isolated within its own rigid enclosure.

At the rear of the set is a dedicated decoupled bass enclosure featuring a 75mm subwoofer supported by four passive radiators.

All of the drive units have been improved by optimising their manufacture to further tighten tolerance, reduce driver variability and improve component quality. The result is a system that can be driven harder but with lower distortion while maximising efficiency to provide an even larger, accurate, room filling sound.

Eight channels of amplification for a total power rating of 81W is available with each channel having its own dedicated signal processing. The performance of the Dolby DSP module has also been improved via new software.

The system combines to create a high-resolution, exceptionally refined TV sound with a combination of deep accurate bass with a wide sound stage. For viewers seeking even deeper bass, the OLED+910 includes the option to connect an external subwoofer.

Personalised gaming continues to be a focus for the OLED+ range and is now even easier with the updated game bar adding an auto detection facility to the game profiles feature, for the most popular games. Auto-detection allows the set to detect a previously played game and automatically apply customised settings from a dedicated saved profile.

The latest game bar also now includes an enhanced colour helper mode to more accurately select colours from a wider colour selection and filtering.

The superb images and sound are also delivered as part of a totally unique and immersive experience by the inclusion of a four-sided version of the Ambilight system.

The OLED+910 has a minimalist, black metal frame bezel with the frontal sound system integrated along the bottom of the screen and covered in grey Kvadrat Audiomix cloth – to match the grey diamante angled feet.
