TP Vision, the company responsible for the production, marketing and sales of Philips branded TVs and Mediaset, Italy’s largest commercial broadcaster and production company, have announced a new partnership that will see free Mediaset programmes – plus the option of paid Infinity+ content – directly available on Philips Smart TVs featuring the in-house developed Smart TV platform.
The Mediaset App is now available on all Philips 2022 TVs featuring TP Vision’s own Improved Smart TV OS, and also on the 2023 Smart TV lineup to be released later this year in Italy. Earlier models from the 2020/2021 Philips Smart TV range will also be shortly updated to offer the Mediaset Infinity App.
Mediaset Infinity viewers in Italy will be able to get easy and instant access to free content including the latest entertainment, fiction, TV series and sports and will have the option to access additional Infinity+ content – including thousands of blockbuster films, TV Series and 104 UEFA Champions League football matches – for a monthly fee of €7.99.
