Join our HR team, locally consisting of 4 team members, and support over 200 employees across 10 countries in our sales organizations and European Shared Service Center located in Prague & be part of our journey as we grow and dive into exciting European projects.

• Ownership of Recruiting end to end: Partner closely with hiring managers, taking ownership of the entire recruiting process;
• Strategic Advisory: Act as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers, offering your recommendations & expertise to shape our talent acquisition efforts;
• Sourcing: Utilize a diverse array of methods to source and recruit potential candidates;
• Candidate Evaluation & Skills Assessment: screenings, interviews, and reference checks where necessary, managing candidate experience;
• Visa process: If applicable manage the process and ensure compliance with labor laws;
• Utilize HR tools: Manage candidate data and optimize processes;
• Oversee: Pre-boarding and onboarding activities;
• HR marketing: Drive these activities to attract top talents.

• High school/ University degree;
• 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within an international organization
• Basic knowledge of Czech Labor Code;
• Fluency in English (Czech / Slovak is advantage);
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken;
• Proactive, flexible, and highly organized with a positive mindset.
