TPV has been able to drive its growth over the years by leveraging its economies of scale and core competencies in R&D, manufacturing, logistic efficiency and quality.

PROCESS EXPERT (80%)

· Serve as a process expert in Order-to-Cash (SAP SD) and act as the SAP key user for Order Fulfilment teams;

· Analyze and resolve advanced queries;

· Drive a continuous increase in automated processes, leading to efficiency improvements;

· Provide crucial support to SAP operations from both analytical and architectural perspectives;

· Actively participate in SAP and Salesforce.com projects, either as a project member or coordinator.

OPERATIONAL SUPPORT (20%)

· Ensure seamless billing document creation in SAP via Salesforce interface;

· Resolve issues, execute mass uploads, and maintain billing reports;

· Monitor proof of delivery interface, swiftly resolving errors;

· Maintain correct functionality of SAP invoice outputs for European customers.

You would be a great fit if you have:

· Minimum 3 years of experience in roles such as business analyst, data analyst, SAP Key user, or SAP developer;

· Advanced knowledge of SAP ERP, with a focus on the SD module and an understanding of the master data flow;

· Excellent Excel skills, with the ability to extract and analyze data from various systems;

· Proactive approach to independently resolve problems and queries, emphasizing efficiency;

· Structured and analytical mindset, demonstrating strong organizational skills and a commitment to close-loop follow-up.
