Scope

We’re looking for a collaborative and customer-centric Key Account Manager to join our team in Stockholm and lead retail partnerships across the Nordics. In this role, you’ll help shape how our products show up on the shelf and online—driving sell-in, securing listings, and above all building strong, long-term partnerships with some of the most influential retail players in the region.

Responsibility
  • Own and grow key national and regional retail accounts across the Nordics with a focus on long-term success and mutual value.
  • Lead commercial negotiations around pricing, assortment, and promotional planning in collaboration with internal teams and customers.
  • Develop and execute tailored account plans aligned with our commercial and brand strategies.
  • Partner with marketing and supply chain to launch new products and manage the product lifecycle.
  • Drive brand visibility and performance across in-store and digital retail touchpoints, using a 360° omnichannel strategy to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Support our retail teams with training, demos, and engaging marketing materials.
  • Be the go-to contact for key customers and represent their voice within the organization.
  • Collaborate across functions to ensure a seamless and customer-focused approach.
  • Monitor sell-in and sell-out trends, forecast demand, market data and use data-driven insights to optimize performance and uncover new growth opportunities.

Education And Related Experience
  • You bring 5–10 years of experience in retail account management, ideally in consumer electronics or FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods).
  • You’re a relationship builder with strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • You’re confident with commercial planning, forecasting, and driving account strategies.
  • You have a good understanding of Nordic retail dynamics.
  • You’re analytical, organized, and enjoy solving problems with a structured approach.
  • Fluent in English; fluency in a Nordic language is a plus.
  • Open to traveling within the Nordic region.
