This role is within the team of Digital Customer Experience which is responsible for the global (some local exceptions) management of the customer support portals for the brands and products within TPV.  These portals aim to provide self-service opportunities for all our customers (B2C and B2B) and if additional support is needed a smooth transfer to our contact centres. The primary goal from the team is to optimize the Digital Customer Experience to achieve optimal self-service to support the Customer Care (end consumer and professional/business customers) teams.


DCE team is a global team (7) located in various locations from Europe to the Asian Pacific region. Main part of the team, including the manager, is located in Amsterdam.  They cover multiple focus areas from the online customer journey in general to the data analysis, UI/UX, SEO and content in specific.  For the content one part of the team is fully focused on the optimization of the knowledge content, where the other half of the team is primarily focussed on the overall journey, UI/UX, SEO and analysis.

  • Have an understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Have experience with tools like Google Search console, Looker Studio, Screaming Frog and other related SEO tools (technical, on-page and off-page)
  • Have experience with tools like Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag manager for setting up and maintaining event tracking of the organic traffic, to further analyse if the SEO efforts achieved the goals aimed for
  • Understand the online presence and current performance of a company
  • Carry out keyword research and analysis to identify valuable search terms and trends relating to our business
  • Employ, monitor and maintain keyword strategies (based on keyword research findings) to ensure optimal content ranking for best self-service performance
  • Monitor and anticipate search engine algorithms to maintain and improve our position
  • Collaborate with content colleagues over content optimisation - drawing on user intent research to inform content strategies and to develop appropriate content
  • Carry out a range of SEO activities to improve a website's performance, in accordance with the content strategy to improve organic search traffic and where possible optimize direct traffic.
  • Benchmarking competitors and monitor competitors to identify ways to improve our digital support journey
  • Continually monitor and refine SEO performance strategies
  • Manage the KPIs such as organic traffic, search engine results page (SERP) rankings, keyword clicks, SEO leads, User Goal Completion - and present findings in a clear and relatable way
  • Conduct technical and on/off-page audits, checking for necessary URL structure changes, fixing broken links, redirecting URL’s, correcting heading hierarchies, adding missing metadata, etc.
  • Work with multilingual setup for a global scope of the support websites
  • Support improvements in collaboration with IT department (Salesforce included)
  • Support the editors in creating original content for webpages - tailored for the target audience
  • Provide SEO advice to stakeholders who are involved in our SEO performance
  • Provide SEO advice related to UI/UX to improve the online performance and conversion into organic traffic and active users

Education And Related Experience
  • Bachelor level education, or has reached this level through comparable training or experience
  • Working experience with SEO
  • Working experience in collaboration with Content creators and UI/UX designers
  • Strong communicator with ability to translate a challenge into a request or support the content creation
  • Strong (project) management skills with focus on customer journey/ consumer experience
  • Knowledge of/experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Screaming Frog or similar application, Ahrefs or similar application, Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL
  • Knowledge of CRM tooling, Salesforce Service cloud knowledge is a pré
  • Out of the box thinker
  • Fluent English (verbal and written)
  • Other fluent language(s) (verbal and written) would be a pré
