We’re seeking a talented Interim Credit Controlling Manager to oversee the credit risk of multiple sales organizations responsible for distributing Philips TVs, monitors, displays, and accessories. This interim role, based in Prague, offers an excellent opportunity to lead a team, implement process improvements, and make a significant impact on company revenue within a project duration of approximately 6-9 months, with the potential for further career advancement within our organization.

Management of credit controlling and team:

  • Lead and supervise a team across two locations: Prague and Amsterdam;
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness;
  • Implement and enforce credit policies and risk management strategies;
  • Regularly evaluate credit risk categories and credit limits;
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Hands-on work:

  • Analyze customer risk profiles and review creditworthiness;
  • Maintain customer scorecards and manage credit limits;
  • Secure credit risk through bank guarantees and insurance;
  • Calculate internal credit limits for specific customers and manage credit risk;
  • Perform accounting activities for doubtful accounts receivable;
  • Ensure compliance and readiness for audits.

Education And Related Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit risk management;
  • Proven leadership experience;
  • Strong financial statement analysis skill;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Familiarity with SAP and Power BI is beneficial but not mandatory;
  • Analytical mindset with strong communication skills.
