• Creative thinking to come up with relevant content ideas for new content creation
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies for timely social media content creation; get the approvals in place before publishing content
• Work closely with the local countries and ensure their local content is translated as per global standards; supporting countries to upload their local content
• Creating social media briefs for stakeholders before a campaign/event
• Managing campaign community management in close collaboration with other departments
• Consolidating and analyzing the social metrics to establish benchmarks; evaluating specific content/platform / country performance
• Working together with the Digital Manager and relevant stakeholders to standardize the local content creation workflow
• Researching and staying up-to-date with the best practices and latest features; making sure to test these in the content creation

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/related field
• Passion for Digital Marketing
• Passion for Canva, Photoshop
• Strong planning and organizational capabilities
• Ambition to grow Digital/SoMe skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, stakeholder management skills within and outside the company, and within multicultural diverse organizations
• Excellent command of English language (written and verbal)
• Ambitious, proactive, high drive for getting-things-done
• Able to work independently in a dynamic fast-changing business environment
• Knowledge of other local languages is a plus
