Scope

Trade marketing manager is responsible to develop (based on guidance from CEE Business & Marketing) and activate the local marketing strategy for Philips Televisions and Audio/Video products (promotions, campaigns, merchandising and support the key product benefits). The key marketing elements are point of sales materials (POSM), on-line, PR, sales & marketing events, training and merchandising. Responsible for managing marketing budget spent in coordinationwith CEE Business & Marketing.

Responsibility
  • Planning & Execution of local marketing activities for TV and Sound (headphones, speakers, soundbars) product segments
  • Close cooperation with Key Account Managers on Customers marketing plans/product launches/related marketing activities
  • Planning/execution/evaluation of customers (e-tailers/retailers) marketing plans in coaction with customers´ marketing teams
  • Shop staff training, coordinating promoters and merchandising services
  • Leading team of 3 merchandisers (plan setting/supervising//evaluating/reporting)
  • Building instore brand visibility (POSM) and product displays (brand furniture) presence activities (planning/executing)
  • Responsible for brand/product/promotion/campaign visibility & communication in sales channels (online/offline)
  • In charge of country marketing budget management (annual/quarterly planning, budget consumption control)
  • Plan local marketing activities according to set marketing budget
  • Marketing costs processing in internal systems (POs/invoices/reporting)
  • Planning/Execution/Evaluation of on-line campaigns and on-line coop activities
  • PR activities in coaction with local PR manager and PR agency
  • Cooperation on local and customers events
  • Localization of technical materials, product videos and other marketing related assets (e.g. POSM)
  • Tracking, monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of local marketing campaigns
  • Collaboration with marketing suppliers/agencies/partners

Education And Related Experience
  • University / bachelor degree
  • Advanced in English;
  • Fluent Czech or Slovak
  • Min 2 years of Marketing/Trade marketing experience
  • Experience in/knowledge of consumer marketing enviroment market scenario’s and competitors
  • Driving license
  • High negotiation & communication skills
  • Ability to run commercial partnership, excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage problem solving
  • Understanding of key business drivers, potential actions following analysis
  • Knowledge of the market, channels, customers and competitors
