As Technical Support/Network Manager reporting to the Consumer Care Manager in our multinational organization, you will be responsible for managing the cluster technical support task by cooperating with R&D department, supporting the contracted 3rd party repair centers and managing the service network operations with no direct reporters. You will be working with budget targets set in agreement with your Consumer Care Manager to realize the monthly, quarterly and annually forecast

• New CSP technical survey and technical training
• Support the CSP for any technical issues
• Collect the quality issues from field and work with R&D department to come out the solutions
• Competitors new technical trend and new technologies benchmark
• Monthly and quarterly technical LPI review with the cluster CSP
• Technical KPI reporting
• Ad hoc technical issues reporting needs
• Local technical issues escalation management consumer/retailer
• Interact on escalations with local consumer bodies

• Bachelor’s degree
• Electrical Engineering background with good technical skills
• Experience in TV/AV Technical support
• Experience in operational / industrial in TV
• Third party technical support and management experience
• Working with remote people in the field

• High management skills for reporting
• Driving licence
• Good MS Office & MS project knowledge
• Excellent in multi-tasking
• Result driven
• Excellent in English (written and spoken)
• No restriction to travel
