|Purpose Of The Position|
We value innovation, agility, execution and accountability. Hence we are looking for an IT Specialist who can easily identify with these characteristics and effectively handle IT issues relevant for smooth data processing. As part of our organization, you need to analyze technical problems, troubleshoot and make decision towards correct solutions, having good time management and project management skills to perform the support activities for an environment with approx. 350 PC’s (notebooks - Desktops –workstations with sometimes different operating system (HW and SW)
Furthermore you will also take on a few management task next to the technical hands-on skills and travel down to some of our satellite sites in Europe (eg: Germany/Spain/Italy/France etc).
You’ll be operating as a first line contact/support desk for all the employees. A large proportion of the job requires talking to users directly or via telephone or Lync working in a busy (sometimes high pressure) helpdesk environment managing efficient and effectively the resolution of support issues that are reported. These issues can be analysing and resolving faults ranging from a major system crash to a forgotten password.
