Purpose Of The Position

Based within European SSC in Prague, the Team Lead is responsible to lead the Salesforce Support and Development team, define system architecture, coordinate and support the operations around The team consists of 3 experienced analysts and developers. Their goal is to make the life of all other people in the organization easier by adopting and promoting analytical approach and automation in all processes. The team deals with various development and architectural tasks for the entire Europe organization. It is responsible for end-to-end delivery of customized solutions for our business and is supporting all internal customers in Europe.

  • Coach and develop the team to reach operational excellence
  • Manage resourcing within the team and ensure backfilling is done where possible to balance workload
  • Act as an escalation point to the organization on Salesforce
  • Drive continuous improvement within the own team in the area of by assessing needs of Sales, Finance and Order Fulfillment
  • Design and implementation of new features, change requests and maintenance of existing functionalities including automation, scripting, troubleshooting and fine-tuning
  • Lead projects that involve various stakeholders to introduce new features, promote overall acceptance, increase usability and know-how of Salesforce
  • Coordinate operations and supporting them in administrative and analytical tasks such as account creation, mass down- & uploads of credit notes, pricing, customer data, incomplete or incorrect request data and communication with requestors for any ad-hoc issues
  • Administrator of and SFDC Data Warehouse from development and architectural point of view

Preferred Skills
  • Educational background preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, IT or Business Management
  • Min 3-5 years work experience in (both operations and development)
  • People management experience would be great
  • Ability to translate business and finance needs into a technical solution
  • Good knowledge of (Apex, Visualforce, SOQL), triggers and classes
  • Solid data warehousing and database management skills (SQL, MS Access), advanced Excel knowledge (pivots, formulas, VBA), comfortable with writing new and adjusting existing VBA code in various MS tools
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive behavior in order to resolve problems & queries
  • Structured and analytical approach
  • Capable to manage many different cases at the same time
  • Mind for details and high attention to accuracy
  • Fluent in English is required, any other European language is welcome
