Purpose Of The Position

Range analysis and recommendations. Samples management (others for range decisions and testers review). Execution tracking of agreed marketing. Product Image set up with customers. Event support. Internal sales for AVA for BTB sister companies.

Reports directly to: Audio& TV Lead and KAM

  • Close cooperation with Sales Team
  • Creation, evaluation of range reviews, market overviews, sales statistics, reports and presentations (internal / external)
  • Preparation and regular update of sales reports
  • Forecasting, ordering, sending, tracking Samples for reviews and PR
  • Support of and coaching users of the reports to use it efficiently
  • Control of the processes (internal and external) for the operative cooperation with distributors and individual actions of the customer (start of the season, start of the year)
  • Preparing and following marketing activities
  • Credit processing (input / monitoring / assignment)
  • Contact for all customer inquiries (product, price, delivery date, installation, issues)
  • Processing and accompaniment of orders regarding timely processing and delivery
  • Handling commercial contracts
  • Reports content understanding, proactively using available data to identify additional sales opportunities and prepare specific proposals to the sales team

  • University degree level, preferably with business or commercial background
  • Min. 1 years of experience, understanding of sales processes and tools

  • Knowledge/Interest of the consumer electronics business, market dynamics and trends
  • Demonstration of high independent working skills
