Purpose Of The Position

As Sales Manager for Sweden (and potentially Denmark), you will play a key role in further growing the successful business in the region for Philips branded Professional TV, Signage and LED products by securing the growth plan for the key accounts, participating in marketing activities events/fairs and creating and following up on bids, planning and holding sales meetings/presentations.

You will report to the Sales Director Nordics/Baltics.

  • Development and achievement of business targets through the indirect sales channel
  • Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business
  • Creating & executing sales plan for the customer segment
  • Playing a leading role in business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients
  • Acting as the key interface between the customer and all relevant internal functions
  • Preparing of contractual agreements and ensuring that these are fully adhered to
  • Documenting partnership and business aspects with each customer, ensuring all activity is recorded accurately
  • Providing reports and analysis as required (

Preferred Skills
  • Experience in B2B sales with Hospitality and / or Digital Signage industry
  • Solid experience in driving and developing sales through the channel
  • Proficient with Target setting, Negotiating contracts with distributors, dealers, end users
  • Know-how of govt. control/Public tender process
  • Managing local marketing for better brand positioning and lead generation
  • Target/sales oriented, Result driven
  • Team player
  • Self-starter; flexibility and ability to perform without micro management 
  • Excellent team player 
  • Solid communication and presentation skills 
  • English level: business level
  • Living in Sweden (area of Stockholm)
  • Drivers license
