You will work hybrid from the office Based in Kista, Sweden (Nordic HQ) .In the role of Sales Coordinator, you act as a collaborator and support for the UK & Nordic commercial team. You will follow up with all sorts of commercial teams’ needs and give office and cluster support. Coordinating events and ensuring administrative and ad-hoc commercial requests are resolved are also part of the job.

  • Support commercial team with data needs and reporting
  • Market and price benchmarking
  • Coordinate events and trips as needed
  • Participate in ad hoc sales and marketing activations and meetings
  • Ensure Nordic/UK invoices are processed and settled
  • Manage cluster-offices and needs across the Nordic and UK.
  • Provide procurement and onboarding support

Placement in the organization:

  • Reports to the Nordic & UK Managing Director
  • Interactions with other stakeholders: 

Order fulfillment teams, Sales teams, Finance team, Compliance team, IT departement

Education And Related Experience
  • College graduate focused on Business Administration
  • Experience 0-2 years within sales or marketing
  • Good understanding of SalesForce and commercial processes
  • Excellent Excel skills, ability to work with various systems to extract and analyze data.
  • Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English - other languages are a merit.
  • Excellent communication & PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking and time management abilities
  • Proactive, detail-oriented and with a problem-solving mind-set

  • Able to be autonomous and strategic with commercial request
  • Problems are solved mainly within the context of the local organizational needs
  • Deliver outputs and support processes to ensure efficiency.


  • Deliver and follow up on stakeholders’ requests

  • Manage various sales reports including definition of new reports as needed.
