Embedded in the multi-disciplinary European Sales Operations team, the Project Manager / Programme Office Coordinator will be responsible for all projects within the European commercial organisation, improvement projects within Sales Operations, Order-to-cash cycle, IT change requests, new deployments and initiatives. Project Manager will be also accountable for our retailer-oriented Product Information sharing solution.

  • Plan and oversee projects to ensure they are completed on time, in scope and within budget
  • Determine and define project scope and objectives
  • Maintain, monitor and coordinate project plans, schedules, milestones and risks
  • Chair and facilitate project and stakeholder meetings, document and follow up on actions and decisions
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution
  • Serve as a point of contact for teams on the same project to ensure actions remain in synergy
  • Undertake project tasks as required and provide administrative support as needed
  • Help with the documentation of each phase of the project, make summary reports for management
  • Motivate people involved in the project to complete tasks on time
  • Communicate with various departments in the organization to make sure everyone is on the same page

Education And Related Experience
  • University degree
  • Min. 5+ years of experience in project management
  • Recognised Project Management Certification (e.g. Prince, PMP) preferred
  • Experience with running of international projects highly welcome
  • Fluent in English, any other European language as advantage
  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills, strong communicator towards diverse groups of stakeholders
  • Detail oriented, ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Expertise in programme and project management software tools (especially cloud-based) and methodologies
  • Experience in knowledge file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures
  • Proven ability to get things done
    Excellent analytical skills and logical thinking
  • Curious, proactive and detail oriented
  • Positive personality, willingness to go an extra mile, out of box thinking
