  • Design and apply appropriate project management standards for MNT Operations
  • Managing the production of the required deliverables
  • Adopting any delegation and use of project assurance roles within agreed reporting structures
  • Preparing and maintaining project-stage and exception plans as required
  • Managing and evaluating of project risks, including the development of contingency plans
  • Order release outbound SAP
  • Returns processing in SAP
  • Claims processing in SAP and coordination with AMS Logistics
  • Documentation throughput for direct shipment regions
  • Fault tracking of both WH / Customer / Sales
  • Dedicated role for SPD every month
  • Independently ensures projects / flyers / tenders are input into SAP Orders and communicated with transport and AMS logistics
  • Track important deliveries, maintaining communication with the customers in his or her region
  • Backorder tracking and release
  • Provides customers with timely & accurate updates on freight delays, ETAs, & resolution to concerns, working together with the Amsterdam Logistics division
  • Oversee Sample orders within Sample Portal are sent OTIF, and returned
  • Enter Service Orders and liaise with the service team (if applicable, role specific)
  • Act as the go-to stakeholder for information needed on a (global) project
  • Function as the operational expert or if in the lead, the overal lead within the project team
  • Periodically report project progress, outlining the highlights to report to (senior) management
  • Define, measure, act, Improve & control the implemented project milestones, whilst evaulating the feasibility for MNT Operations
  • Communication to and from customers within their designated region regarding orders
  • Order release in SAP
  • Orchistrate the return flows from customers within their designated region, including, but not limited to claims management
  • Processing direct shipments (if applicable to their region)
  • Maintaining communication on direct shipments with HQ counterparts
  • Act as a link between planning and order desk regarding stock availability and availability to promise

Education And Related Experience
  • Bacehlor in Business Administration or Logistics/SCM focus or has reached this level through another form of trainging or experience.
  • Ability to function within a small initial team – whilst gearing all processes towards global management objectives
  • 5+ years experience in a Sales and operations planning function. FMCG is a pre.
  • Experience in project management is a pre
  • Experience in managing (global) order accounts is considered an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills spanning all business layers
  • Analytical, strong problem solving skills in a very dynamic environment.
  • A master in Excel, advanced SAP is preferred
  • Excellent process mapping skills and ability to locate constraints

  • Liaison with programme management (if the project is part of a programme) and related projects to ensure that work is neither overlooked nor duplicated
  • Identify and track key KPI’s in relation to resources, initiating corrective action where necessary
  • Conducting a project evaluation review to assess how well the project was managed
  • Preparing any follow-on action recommendation
  • Montitor and analyze constraint processes with the ability to allocate, present, and implement improvement
  • Discussion partner for global MNT Logistics to asses potential market changes
  • Explain/present business result and business outlook (volume related) to senior management
