You will join the Order Fulfilment team, who are handling a portfolio of clients from France, Italy and Iberia. The OF Department is a part of our European Shared Service Center based in Prague, which is supporting Philips and AOC brands in EMEA region.

The Order Fulfilment department, being the first and qualified back-office contact for Customers, makes the Order Fulfilment Specialist accountable for ensuring a high level of customer’s satisfaction in regard to order/delivery management, and complaints handling. You will also work on improving service levels for the company, and play a strong role in providing support to the sales organization.

✅ Must-have requirements:

• Fluency in English and French, both verbal and written
• Education: Min. secondary school with graduation exam
• Working experience: 1–3 years in Order Fulfilment or Order Management. We will also consider candidates with similar experience from Order to Cash/Customer Service/Supply Chain, or Logistics.
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel.
• Experience working with ERP system
• Analytical, detailed-oriented, proactive approach to work
• Capable of following processes and guidelines
• Problem-solving skills, out of the box thinking
• Very good communication skills, capability of understanding customer needs; emotionally balanced and mature personality
• Team player with responsible and proactive approach to work
• Ability to work under pressure in an ever-changing environment where deadlines have to be met
• Ability to recognize and promote automated solutions

Those will give you an additional advantage:

• Experience working with SAP system
• Knowledge of an additional foreign language, especially Italian or/and Spanish
• Understanding of logistics, warehouses functioning, supply chain processes
