TPV Technology is an internationally-renowned PC monitor, TV and Digital Signage Displays manufacturer. MMD is a wholly-owned company by TPV, established in 2009 through a brand license agreement with Philips. MMD exclusively markets and sells Philips-branded LCD displays worldwide. Taking advantage of Philips brand image and TPV’s manufacturing expertise, MMD uses a fast and focused approach to bring innovative products to consumers. MMD serves worldwide markets from major regional offices including Amsterdam, Shanghai, Singapore, São Paulo and Fremont (EPI). Through its network of local sales teams MMD works with all major IT distributors and resellers. The company’s design and development center is located in Taiwan.

• Develop and lead projects aimed at improving the customer journey through the brand website across Europe in line with the set departmental/corporate goals
• Define and advise the sales teams in countries on the best practices and provide support on the above-mentioned subjects
• Support in the tactical implementation of the (digital) marketing strategy across Europe in line with the set department / corporate goals
• Maintain content and assure that the brand image is maintained across all online channels
• Co-develop and work out promotion plans with the country heads
• Support launch campaigns of all hero and focus products
• Content management of all operating websites and to be developed online sites in corporation with graphic design
• Support day-to-day marcom activities within a certain timeframe
• Manage internal marketing data sources, maintain process and references documents
• Deliver input for data related initiatives i.e. CRM project
• Relationship management;
  •  Internal Contacts: MT, Marketing Team, Sales agents throughout Europe, Accounts Department, Product Management
  •  External Contacts: Digital agencies, Creative and Communication agencies

As Online Marketing Specialist you will develop, maintain and create the online strategy of the brand using inbound marketing approach and strong analysis. You collect and coordinate requirements from and with relevant departments and stakeholders.
Recommending changes to current business practices and delivering input by means of improvement proposals is part of the role.
The position reports to the Senior Brand Manager Philips and it’s base is Europe headquarters in Amsterdam.

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing, Online marketing or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in digital/Online Marketing in a multicultural global corporate setting
• Ability to create relevant and impactful marketing plans and messages from existing materials and strategies and delivering input for yearly marketing budget, plan and deliverables
• Execution of marketing initiatives, based on the long term needs of the business
• Experience in working with external agencies
• Solid affinity with Consumer Electronics and/or IT products/trends (online) landscape
• Analytical and reporting skills, translating analysis in conclusion and action
• Excellent command of English language (written and verbal)
• Web savvy, pro-active digital native
• HTML and CSS intermediate knowledge is a must
• CRM and Automation experience is a nice to have
• Affinity working with a CMS software
• Familiar with Product information systems and e-commerce syndication.
• Hands-on, proactive, team spirit, can-do mentality
• Understanding of current online marketing concepts, tactics and best practice
