Purpose Of The Position

The Office Administration Assistant is responsible for the administrative management of the TP Vision Office in Turkey at the Anatolian side of Istanbul; Atasehir. The function reports hierarchically into the Managing Director.

  • Answering the telephone and taking messages
  • Organising internal events, including the arrangement of meeting rooms
  • Making the necessary arrangements for business trips (flight, hotel etc.)
  • Managing inventory of office supplies.(stationery, kitchen etc.)
  • Recording the in and outcoming cargo and courier post
  • Managing Files
  • Executing researches requested and reporting results to the Managing Director
  • Manageing the company procedures
  • Create PO’s into the MRO and e-FLow system when necessary
  • Publising the vacancy on Kariyernet with the information provided by the department manager
  • Updating organisation chart
  • Processing expenses and vacation days forms
  • Following up Workplace health and safety procedures
  • Office administration and relations with Building Management
  • Reporting and following up invoices of Rent Car Operation
  • Ordering and follow-up Ticket Restaurant
  • Operations management of our Turkcell, Superonline and Telekom lines
  • Reporting and following up invoices of Fuel Purchasing Service

Preferred Skills
  • University Degree
  • A few year of similar work experience gained in a previous role
  • Fluency in Turkish and English
