Responsibility

Digital Media Campaigns and Partnerships:

  • Lead the creation, execution, and optimization of digital media campaigns in collaboration with partners, ensuring alignment with overall brand and marketing objectives.
  • Work closely with partners to create engaging content and promotional assets for digital platforms, driving fan engagement and expanding the brand’s reach within the sports community.
  • Collaborate on the creation of marketing and communication materials to support strategic partnerships, such as the collaboration with FC Barcelona, aimed at enhancing brand visibility through sports marketing initiatives.

 

Branding :

  • Ensure that the Philips brand and identity is adhered to in all communication channels. Oversee accuracy of marketing materials and provide formal sign off if necessary.

 

Marketing assets :

  • Brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies, such as designers, production agencies and printers, who will deliver much of the content/deliverables.
  • Creation of omni channel asset packages (digital, trade, e-com)
  • Drive toolkit implementation across Europe within defined marketing processes, KPIs and follow up with key stake-holders.

 

Budget management / KPI monitoring and internal reporting:

  • Understanding and acting on the main drivers for content/deliverable effectiveness in order to drive MROI including setting planning KPIs and targets and post-delivery reporting.
  • Work within an approved budget, project planning . Set up needed KPIs and follow up on them.
  • Working with multiple agencies and contractors and evaluates the performance of these vendors as appropriate.

Education And Related Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communication
  • 3 years of experience in Marketing/Communications in regional (multi country org. set up)
  • Excellent project management skills and experience working with agencies on corporate level; the ability to successfully manage multiple projects running at the same time
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, stakeholder management skills within and outside the company, and within multicultural diverse organizations
  • Have proven experience of managing creative projects; on time delivery of assets, copy, deliverables across various communication channels
  • Strong knowledge of marketing communications, preferably experience with consumer electronics industry or relevant durable retail experience
  • Experience in digital marketing would be a strong advantage
  • Excellent command of English language (written and verbal). German, French, Dutch or Spanish is a plus
  • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Entrepreneurial drive for growth

  • Able to work in dynamic fast changing business environment
  • Able to occasionally travel (off site productions, photoshoots, industry events)
