Amsterdam (the Netherlands) - The LED Planner End to End supply chain is responsible and accountable for overall S&OP planning and inventory levels, from supply through O2C process supporting project roll out for LED business activities in EMEA.

You are part of the Demand Planning team together with two other planner colleagues.

You will report to the Head of Operations EMEA (functionally) and to the VP EMEA (strategically).

  • E2E supply chain mgt from supply (MTS /MTO) through O2C process untill project roll out, invoicing and after sales activities
  • Hands-on support for definition of planning guidelines and supply strategy for LED portfolio
  • Responsibility for a monthly consolidated forecast and demand plan for LED product portfolio from phase- in till phase - out status
  • Close and regular alignment with LED Business Management and LED Product Management to define and execute long term demand plan and support international project roll outs
  • Order intake and order book management in SAP (while checking all data is correct e.g. pricing, availability check, batch, master data, conditions, pallet size, shipping instructions, etc.)
  • On Time Delivery to customers: make sure orders/projects will be delivered to customer as requested while keeping customer informed
  • Follow up on logistics and invoicing. Ensuring all documents are provided and special requirements are dealt with
  • Keep track of project delivery schedule with customers, ensure all requirements and timings are met while providing feedback to customers and local sales team
  • Backorder and Allocation Management: In times of product shortages, determine priorities together with LED Business Management for the critical products
  • Communicate with logistics service providers (warehousing and transport) about e.g. shipment execution and specific customer requirements.
  • After sales support, customer complaints ,claims, RMA process, credit-/debit notes, extended warranty, export documentation, sample and service orders
  • Ownership of monthly S&OP project forecasting calls together with Business Mgt.
  • Monitoring stock development, batch management, create stock projection ( per storage location and batch) and aging analyses
  • Giving prioritization on inbound by weekly monitoring of the vessel report and status update in E-shipping tool with focus on production batch mgt
  • Being the key stakeholder to Global Supply Planning in Taipei, 3rd party suppliers and our own factories to assure accurate and timely supply plan to EMEA
  • LED supply chain optimization – initiate & facilitate IT projects, improvements and developments in order to support integration of LED supply chain processes into the global supply chain platform
  • Representing LED Supply Chain in internal meetings & events
  • Strong cooperation with Demand Planning and Order Fulfilment community internally and with other BU in the company

Education And Related Experience
  • Bachelor or Master level degree in Supply Chain /Logistics/ Business Administration or Engineering degree with Logistics/Supply Chain Management focus
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the area of Demand Planning / Sales and Operations Planning or Strong Order Fulfilment, preferably for an international company
  • Strong SAP knowledge (R3/APO) and super advanced MS Excel skills
  • APICS or PRINCE 2 certification is a plus
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Fluency and excellent in English. Other European language is a plus.
