Philips TV/ Audio and Video / TP Vision is part of the TPV group, an internationally renowned original design manufacturer for some of the best-known TV and Monitor brands in the industry. Purpose Of The Position

TP Vision are looking for a talented and enthusiastic sales professional to join the team to drive our growth ambition for Philips Television in UK. The Key Account Manager is responsible for the stock in trade, sales and managing commercial partnerships with key account(s) and resellers in the country; ensuring a strong market position and sales targets being delivered by building strong customer relationships. The role will work cross functional, cross country and the successful candidate is a flexible and structured self-motivator who will work in co-ordination with Marketing, Supply Chain, Order Desk, Finance and customers.

  • Manage Amazon, Independents and Ireland accounts
  • Creating comprehensive Account and Budget Plans
  • Ensures Targets are achieved in line with Account Plans. KPI’s include Sales (volume and value), Margin and Stock Management  
  • Managing relationships with key accounts and resellers
  • Managing promotional plan (with money off) take out and customer related terms
  • Responsible for all account administration being completed on time and in full, from new line set up, promotional submissions, accruals, debit notes etc.)
  • Giving centralized product trainings (3-4 per year)
  • Work closely with the UK team and report to the UK MD

Education And Related Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of customer focused work experience
  • Experience with Amazon
  • Sales motivation and drive
  • Understanding of the relevance of supply chain
  • Strong relation management and communication skills
  • Self-starter (plan own activities, be pro-active towards accounts)
  • Structured way of working with a flexible mindset
  • Being a true team player
