Scope

As Key Account Manager you will be responsible to achieve turnover targets and build market share and perform other sales responsibilities. You will work with budget targets set in agreement with your Sales Manager to realize the monthly, quarterly and annually forecast.

Responsibility
  • Developing, maintaining and improving relations with the key account to keep or to set TP Vision as preferred supplier
  • Initiating and coordinating all efforts to the accounts in order to maximize the output of the sales group
  • Creating an account plan for the key account in which budgeted targets are translated into specific strategy and actions per account as part of the operational plan of the sales group
  • Creating and implementing action programs for and with the key accounts to improve the company performance
  • Driving the performance of the functions in the key account team to get it done
  • Systematically analyzing and reporting sales results, expectations, market, competition and trends to make proposals for improvement
Education And Related Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree,
  • 5 years sales/ account management experience
  • Analytical skills with a leadership approach
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft office packages; in particular Excel
  • Fluent in Turkish
  • Very good command of written and spoken English
  • No restriction to travel
