As Key Account Manager you bring knowledge of the consumer electronics business and are on top of relevant market dynamics and trends. In this role, you are responsible for driving sales via different Philips Sound (AVA) accounts in UK and Ireland. You will work cross functional, cross country in co-ordination with Marketing, Supply Chain, Order Desk, Finance and customers. You will report to the Sales  Manager UK/Ireland.

  • Manage different accounts in UK and Ireland
  • Create comprehensive Account and Budget Plans
  • Ensure targets are achieved in line with Account Plans. KPI’s include Sales (volume and value), Margin and Stock Management
  • Manage relationships with key accounts and resellers
  • Manage promotional plan and customer related terms
  • Responsible for all account administration to be completed on time and in full, from new line set up, promotional submissions, accruals, debit notes etc.
  • Give centralized product trainings (3-4 per year)
  • Work closely with the wider UK team

Education And Related Experience
  • Minimum of 1 year account management or account execute experience in preferably audio or other consumer electronics
  • Experience working with/through the distribution channel
  • Background in e-commerce/experience working within e-tail
  • Understanding of the relevance of supply chain
Preferred Skills
  • Analytical skills and good understanding of numbers in business context
  • Sales motivation and drive
  • Flexibility to spend 1-2 days per week in the office in Windsor
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills
  • Structured way of working with a flexible mindset
