TPV has been able to drive its growth over the years by leveraging its economies of scale and core competencies in R&D, manufacturing, logistic efficiency and quality.


Based in Hungary, Budapest TP Vision office, the Key Account Manager will be responsible for the TV business of Philips products sales and distribution in Hungarian region (7 customers). The main goal of the role is to manage TV Philips business in this country to be able to achieve defined country targets, managing direct customers within agreed distribution strategy, and their key indirect customers and together with TP Vision sales teams in the country find synergies with TV part of the business.


• Accountable for achieving sales volumes (sell-in), mix (high-end), price realization (negotiated price vs target), sell-out/inventory levels with the customer
• Is the primary commercial contact for the customer, ensures continuity of the relationship with the accounts, documenting agreements and interactions
• Is the voice of customer inside TP Vision, mobilizing resources where needed to achieve plan/strengthen the relationship
• For direct and key indirect customers: prepares the annual account plan, and responsible for monthly demand forecasting on account/product level
• Responsible to achieve listing and distribution, managing phase-in and phase-out of products in line with the overall marketing plan
• Responsible to achieve good in-store presentation
• Responsible to achieve on-line presence on the account’s webpage
• Responsible to secure training time for store-staff, flyer space and demonstration share
• Systematically analysing and reporting of sales KPIs, expectations, market, competition and trends
• Defines/executes mitigating actions in case of deviation from plan
• Responsible to secure all financial agreements are met and payment is in line with agreed payment terms
• To keep constant track of local planning of retail marketing and marcoms activities on a monthly basis while monitoring ROI based on agreed KPIs
• Plan MDF spending based on centrally defined targets and KPIs using central template
• Reports to central team on monthly activities results and ROI based on centrally developed template

Education And Related Experience

• Bachelor level/ Master in Business Administration/Economics preferably
• Seasoned expert in Sales with proven track record in sales/KAM is necessary
• Good knowledge MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of the consumer electronics, ideally TV product ranges, system behavior of products / platforms and features
• Needs good insight to integrate quality processes in the business processes
• Capable of installing, motivating and inspiring to obtain/improve the Quality KPI’s
• Experience in B2C or B2B business
• Excellent command of Hungary and English language (written and verbal), any other language from countries of responsibility as advantage
• Strong interpersonal skills, mature and well balanced personality
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strategic thinking
• Ambitious, pro-active, positive, can-do personality, goal driven
• Entrepreneurial drive for growth, creativity, open minded, multicultural thinking
• Willingness to travel across the country necessary (approx. 2days/week)
