As Office Manager, you will be part of a team of experienced Office Managers and will report to the HR Director with a dotted line to the CEO.
In this role you liaise with different departments as well as different international stake/shareholders.
Your desk will be based at the European Headquarter office in Amsterdam.

The Office Manager provides support to all levels of the organization and contributes significantly to the effective running of the organization.
You will be handling incoming phone calls and other communications, greeting visitors, as well as managing files, updating paperwork and other
documents, and performing other general office clerk duties and tasks. You could become part of projects such as business or employee events.

  • Answering phones and transfering to the appropriate staff members
  • Taking and distributing accurate messages
  • Greeting public and clients and directing them to the correct staff member
  • Coordinating messenger and courier service
  • Receiving, sorting and distributing incoming mail
  • Monitoring and dealing with incoming emails
  • Creating purchase orders and monitoring payment of Office Management related invoices
  • Updating and maintaining internal staff contact lists
  • Organizing travel arrangements for staff
  • Co-ordinating and organising appointments and meetings
  • Assisting with event planning and implementation
  • Ensuring office equipment is properly maintained and serviced
  • Performing add hoc requests
  • Keeping office area representable

Education And Related Experience
