Do you want to play a key role in our TV and AVA business and use your strong interpersonal, negotiation and business skills? For our European Sales team we are in search of a Senior Key Account Management professional with international key accounts and distributors experience.

As our International Key Account Manager you are the client relationship manager for all international related matters related to our international key accounts and distributors for AVA. You are also responsible for business results of AVA distributors in selected regions, such as Israel and some Eastern European countries. You will be coordinating all parties, both internal and external, involved in serving the account. 
The International Key Account Manager is positioned within TP Vision’s Central European Sales team. Though the role involves (international) travel, your base will preferably be Amsterdam. You will report to the Head of Sales Europe, based in Amsterdam.
  • Maximizing value and margin, managing business current view, coordinating with countries to define product mix, and strategy of each single account
  • Coordinating with Commercial Directors and Key Account Managers from each country to define strategy of each account
  • Giving structured feedback and conclusion from customer to Business Management, KAM and Commercial Directors
  • International contract negotiation and contract management
  • Execution of commercial policy (margin, pricing, logistics, etc.)
  • Positioning new concepts and tools in agreement with marketing to ensure added value cooperation
  • Bottom up promotion plan management

Preferred Skills
  • 7+ years of relevant B2B and B2C experience in commercial electronics
  • Knowledge of consumer electronics industry, markets, products and retailers
  • Having an active and good retailers network
  • Ability to generate market, competitors and retailers insights
  • Track record in creating value proposition
  • Experience in executing marketing and sales plans
  • Knowledge of commercial contracts and negotiation skill
  • Excellence in maintaining and developing customer relationships
  • Fluency in English plus additional languages
  • Positive, open minded, diplomatic, pro-active and well organized personality
