Amsterdam (The Netherlands) – The Legal Support is part of the European Sales Support Team. For this role the Legal sales Support intern is responsible to research, review and provide analysis and coordinate changes needed.

• Maintain/update/review DPIAs per each Customer Support application/system and/or new process/operation that involves processing of personal data, submit for review, follow-up up by e-mails with the business owner
• Maintain/review/collect/centralize DPA & EU Model Clause, follow up by e-mails with the stakeholders involved;
• Fill in and maintain up to date privacy documentation related to Customer Support Department
• Coordinate internal communication between Customer Support Department and Privacy Office
• Execute SOP for Privacy Consumer Requests
• Alignments/Follow up with business owner on various agreements/contracts within the Customer Support Department
• Handling day to day legal questions received by the Legal CS Support/EU Sales Support

• Fulltime hands-on internship position in Amsterdam (next to Amstel station)
• Combination of office and home working (as required)

• • Participating in a legal study/student at a law school (bachelor or master)
  • Preferably applicants have taken at least one privacy class/training or received any privacy related certification prior to beginning the internship.
  • Passion for legal work, support role

  • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, stakeholder management skills within and outside the company, and within multicultural diverse organizations; communicate with the legal team and other stakeholders to provide project updates; collaborate with multiple team members to achieve project milestones
