Amsterdam (the Netherlands) - Philips Professional Display Solutions is strengthening and accelerating its Global Key Account management team, focusing on direct end customer acquisition and supporting Global Professional Display project roll outs. To support the IKAM team to facilitate project deployment across multiple countries and assist our partners for smooth project management in retail and corporate segments, we are looking for an IKAM Project Manager!

The IKAM Project Manager will be responsible for all the projects within the global commercial organization. This includes improvement projects within Sales Operations but also the order-to-cash cycle or IT change request. Next to this, the IKAM Project Manager is also responsible for new deployments and initiatives.

The IKAM Project Manager is embedded in the International Key Account Management (IKAM) team and reports directly to the Global IKAM lead.

  • Plan and oversee projects to ensure they are completed on time, in scope and within budget.
  • Determine and define project scope and objectives.
  • Maintain, monitor and coordinate project plans, schedules, milestones and risks.
  • Chair and facilitate project and stakeholder meetings, document and follow up on actions and decisions.
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution.
  • Serve as a point of contact for project teams to ensure plans and actions remain in synergy.
  • Undertake project tasks, as required, and provide administrative support, as needed.
  • Help with the documentation of each phase of the project, produce summary reports for management.
  • Drives collaboration with people involved in the project to deliver to expectations and complete tasks on time.
  • Communicate with various departments in the organization as well as external stakeholders, in order to achieve understanding and alignment.

Education And Related Experience
  • Bachelor degree in business administration or related field of study.
  • More than three years experience in a similar field and role.
  • Recognised Project Management Certification (e.g. Prince2, PMP) preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Expertise in programme and project management software tools (especially cloud-based) and methodologies.
  • Experienced in knowledge and document management, authoring of content and presentations, as well as other administrative procedures.
  • Language skills: proficiency in English (C1), other languages are an advantage.
