We are looking for part-time addition to our HR team in Prague! We are team of 3 HR professionals, together we support about 200 employees in 10 countries. We are responsible for HR agenda in sales organizations in the Central- and South Eastern Europe plus for the European Shared Service Center supporting the whole Europe. We are responsible, flexible, motivated to deliver best service to our internal customers, we value team work, open and positive mind.

Your job will be primarily focused on recruitment and onboarding activities for our SSC based in Prague and also supporting recruitment in other countries in our scope.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process
  • Job profiles definition with hiring managers and advertising
  • Conducting interviews and selecting candidates
  • Cooperation with recruitment agencies
  • Working with social media
  • On/off-boarding process
  • Employment administration and labor law documentation
  • Responsibility for the visa process where applicable
  • HR systems administration & reporting to HQ abroad
  • Reporting to Regional HR Manager

Education And Related Experience
  • High school/ University degree
  • Min 2 years’ experience in recruitment and selection process, ideally within an international organization
  • Basic knowledge of Labor Code and related law implications
  • Fluency in English (Czech / Slovak is advantage)
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Pro-active, flexible, highly organized, independent, fast learner, completer / finisher
  • Able to work with confidential and sensitive employee / business information
  • Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets
  • Positive mindset and team-player
