HR Assistant – part time DPČ – Philips TV/Audio

We are looking for part-time intern to our HR team in Prague. We are team of 4 HR professionals, together we support about 200 employees in 10 countries. We are responsible for HR agenda in sales organizations in the Central and South Eastern Europe, including the European Shared Service Center supporting the whole Europe, located in Prague. We are responsible, flexible, motivated to deliver best service to our internal customers, we value team work, open and positive mind.   • Preparation of job advertisements & preselection of candidates from different sources
  • Telephone screening of candidates and organization of interviews
  • Active sourcing of candidates and helping on managing recruitment process in cooperation with experienced recruiter
  • Documents preparation for newcomers, preparation of contract amendments and other employee documents, maintaining both physical and electronic files of employees
  • HR administration & ad hoc tasks

Education And Related Experience
  • Position is suitable for university students (ideally with a focus on human resources or economics) or people searching for long term part time assignment
  • Time flexibility to work ideally min 3-4 days a week
  • Fluent English, Czech/Slovak both written and verbal
  • Comfortable with technology (e.g. MS Office)
  • Very well organized, completer – finisher, responsible
  • Positive and proactive personality, strong communication skills, passion for work in HR
  • Team oriented person with willingness to learn, out of the box thinking
