  1. Lead and execute the Philips Smart TV business expansion strategy, formulating and implementing plans to achieve sales targets.
  2. Establish strategic partnerships with collaborators, seeking new business opportunities to expand the influence of Philips Smart TV in the market.
  3. Analyze market trends and competitors, providing key market insights to support business decisions.
  4. Manage the BD team, guiding them to achieve revenue goals and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  5. Develop and implement value-added service plans to increase value-added revenue for Philips Smart TVs/PD/MNT/AVA.
  6. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely introduction of applications/services and customer satisfaction.
  7. Communicate with the Philips Brand Committee.
  8. Liaise with the technical and BD teams of Titan (JV).
  9. Conduct meetings with third-party companies, such as Netflix, Google, Roku, Zeasn, etc.
  10. Hold internal meetings with departments like R&D/Global Product Management, etc.

Education And Related Experience
  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business Management, Marketing, or a computer-related field.
  2. Over 5 years of experience in business development in the smart TV or related industry, with team management experience preferred.
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of establishing strong partnerships.
  4. In-depth understanding of the smart TV market, familiar with market trends and competitors, capable of developing corresponding strategic plans.
  5. Experience in leading and coordinating teams, able to inspire team spirit and achieve common goals.
  6. Good project management skills, able to manage multiple projects effectively and ensure timely delivery.
  7. Deep understanding of digital marketing and market promotion, able to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  8. Fluent in English, with strong writing and verbal skills.
  9. Proficient in various office software, such as Microsoft Office PPT/Word/Excel, capable of efficiently creating, editing, and designing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  10. Possessing technical knowledge and logical thinking skills, able to understand and apply related technical concepts.
  11. Ability to speak and read Chinese is a plus, facilitating enhanced communication with Chinese-speaking partners.
Preferred Skills
  1. Sensitivity to technology and innovation, able to apply the latest tech trends in business development.
  2. Capable of leading teams through complex market challenges, making quick decisions and implementing effective measures.
  3. Willingness to undertake travel and work under pressure to ensure the achievement of business goals.
  4. Speaking (Mandarin) Chinese is a big plus.
