Purpose Of The Position

The Digital and Self Service Manager is focused on the digital Front End aftersales experience. You will support on all our products here at TP Vision/ MMD (Philips TV, Philips Audio Video, Philips & AOC Monitors, Philips Hotel TV and Philips Digital Signage). You will be the main driver behind the self service support website and continuously look for opportunities to improve the website and will turn our customers in ambassadors of our brand.

Besides driving the online service experience, you also need to support in other front end related activities, mainly for the B2B environment.
For this reason we are looking for a highly flexible, experienced person who is not afraid to take a new challenge.

  • Tracking all activities to create improvements online;
  • Promoting our support tools actively towards customers;
  • Managing the different customer data sources and CRM database;
  • Integrating new CRM platform into our current web environment;
  • Driving the how to video creation;
  • Driving the customer journey program;
  • Putting up the right content, on the right time for the right user;
  • Finding the right balans between the online channels

You will be working closely with internal stakeholders as well as with Philips in order to get overall alignment and make sure the projects are executed timely and according to requirements. You will report directly the call center operation lead and to the operational lead monitor.

Education And Related Experience
  • Bachelor or Master level education, or has reached this level through comparable training or experience
  • 5 years of experience within (Digital) marketing
  • Experience in an international company
  • Strong (project) management skills with focus on customer journey/ consumer experience
  • Out of the box thinker
  • Fluent English (verbal and written)
