Amsterdam (The Netherlands) - The Digital Customer Experience & Service Manager will ensure that the customer (B2B and B2C) has an optimal Customer Experience on the self-support website of the brands Philips and AOC. Together with Sales Support and other stakeholders, you will ensure that all data (CRM) is translated into improvements to this customer service journey. With the main goal: customers need to be able to find information they need at the time they need it and be informed even before they need it!

  • Tracking all activities to create improvements online;
  • Design, create and maintain online troubleshooting and maintain digital content;
  • Promoting our support tools actively towards customers;
  • Managing the different customer data sources and CRM database;
  • Integrating new CRM platform into our current web environment;
  • Driving the how to video creation;
  • Driving the customer journey program;
  • Ensure the right content, on the right time for the right user.

Education And Related Experience
  • Bachelor or Master level education;
  • 5 years of experience within Digital Customer Service;
  • European working experience;
  • Strong (project) management skills with focus on customer journey/ consumer experience;
  • B2B experience is a pré;
  • Strong communicator and able to translate technical language into consumer friendly language;
  • Knowledge of CRM tooling, Salesforce Service cloud knowledge is a pré;
  • Out of the box thinker;
  • Fluent English (verbal and written).
