Amsterdam (The Netherlands) – The Digital Campaign Manager’s role is to translate business and marketing objectives into activation strategies across digital paid media platforms (such as paid social, SEA, display, etc) with a strong focus on marketing performance of the media investment. The Digital Campaign Manager is responsible for the development, execution and evaluation of cross-channel online marketing campaigns for Philips TV and Audio in Europe. Lastly, the Digital Campaign Manager defines and advise the online team in countries on the best practices and provide support.

  • Develop and maintain activation strategies with a strong focus on marketing performance of the digital investments
  • Create and develop media briefs, manage agencies in the execution of digital media campaigns
  • Track, monitor and optimise together with agency teams the performance of all paid campaigns
  • Define KPIs and targets, budget allocations per channel per country
  • Evaluate marketing's results against established goals and take impactful decisions on investments and allocations
  • Define and distribute reports and updates to the marketing communities of the company across Europe to share learnings and best practices
  • Work closely with key stake holders for the development of the activation strategies (marketing/product team, agencies, and country organisations)

Education And Related Experience
  • Bachelor or Master level education, or has reached this level through comparable training or experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital Media planning/Buying on client or agency side, preferably in a multicultural global corporate setting
  • Experience managing PPC, SEA, display, SEO, social media and affiliate programs.
  • Experience with driving marketing performance across digital investments
  • A solid affinity with consumer goods with understanding of the latest consumer electronic products/trends
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, tactics and best practice.
  • Excellent command of English language (written and verbal)
  • Experience with marketing tracking tools and data management platforms
