About TPV Technology

TPV Technology is an internationally-renowned PC monitor, TV and Digital Signage Displays manufacturer. TPV serves as an original design manufacturer for some of the best-known TV , PC and Digital Signage Displays brands in the industry and distributes its products worldwide under its own brands AOC and Envision. In addition, the company designs, produces and sells Philips-branded monitors, TV's and AVA products, Digital Signage Displays and mobile phones through a license agreement with Philips via its subsidiaries TP Vision and MMD. MMD serves worldwide markets from major regional offices including Amsterdam, Shanghai, Singapore, São Paulo and Fremont (EPI). Through its network of local sales teams MMD works with all major IT distributors and resellers. The company’s design and development center is located in Taiwan.

As a vital member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role to attract, assess, and select talented individuals. Collaborating closely with hiring managers and our HR Business partners, by understanding our staffing needs, developing cutting-edge recruitment strategies, and ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process. By joining our HR team of 4 team members, you will play an integral role in supporting and empowering over 200 employees across 10 countries in our sales organizations and European Shared Service Center located in Prague.   • Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, professional networks, and recruitment agencies.
  • Create engaging job advertisements to attract potential candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, external partners, and job boards to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct screenings, interviews, reference checks where necessary.
  • Maintain regular communication and provide timely feedback to candidates.
  • Manage the visa process (if applicable) and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Utilize HR tools to manage candidate data and recruitment processes.
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for process optimization.
  • Manage the pre-boarding and onboarding activities, prepare the employment contracts and further onboarding documents.
  • Responsible for HR marketing activities to attract top talent internally and externally.

Education And Related Experience
  • High school/ University degree
  • Min 2 years’ experience in recruitment and selection process, ideally within an international organization
  • Basic knowledge of Labor Code and related law implications
  • Fluency in English (Czech / Slovak is advantage)
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills
  • Pro-active, flexible, highly organized, independent, fast learner, completer / finisher
  • Able to work with confidential and sensitive employee / business information
  • Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets
  • Positive mindset and team-player
