Deliverables of the position  

We are looking for someone supporting consumer marketing department especially coordinating our product introduction guide: Power UP 2023.  

  • Learning and practicing hybrid learning platforms  
  • Learning how to transform technical product information to sales pitch and consumer stories and training modules 
  • Practicing value proposition creation and consumer driven framework.  
  • Learning insights generation process, and reporting and converting the information to trainings modules. 

The person will be the coordinator and contact person for the training program from TP Vision side, make sure training program is finalized, at high quality, on time, correct and complete  


The main task is to support the team for the below subjects:    

  • Organization of materials such as product presentations, visuals, stories, propositions and deliver to agency   
  • Defining the agenda and content calendar for offline and online training calendar.  
  • Approval, test process of trainings with marketing and product managers 
  • Follow up on the progress for gamification, contests with agency and with key country test users 
  • Coordination with countries and central EU office 
  • Learning insights generation process, and reporting and converting the information to trainings modules.

Education And Related Experience
  • New graduate or close to finalize marketing, strategic marketing related studies. 
  • Background, familiarity in marketing process such as value proposition creation, consumer driven framework, go to market planning etc. 
  • Knowledge and interest in educational applications, gamification 
  • Previous intern experience in a similar company is an advantage 
  • Excellent command of English language (written and verbal) 
  • Passion to learn new technologies, consumer electronics market and products 
  • Ambition to grow project management skills and the drive to successfully manage different stakeholders at the same time.  
  • Ambitious, proactive, high drive for getting-things-done  
  • Able to work with remote partners, colleagues
