Purpose Of The Position

As Consumer Engagement Manager (CRM+) Europe for Philips TV & Sound, you will be responsible for the program on post purchase consumer experience. You will shape and implement the CRM strategy with a specific focus on understanding consumer usage behaviour and driving loyalty to the Philips (electronics) brand through specific category programs.
Being part of the European marketing organization, you will be reporting into the Head of Digital marketing. Your work location is flexible (HQ Amsterdam and home based).

 

Responsibility
  • Define and implement new CRM strategies and nurturing programs to drive engagement and loyalty towards all TV & Sound products ranges
  • Define and implement new reporting structures driven by automation
  • Manage the Ratings and Review programs across all retailer partner channels and owned/earned media
  • Manage the product testing programs
  • Define programs to grow consumer registration rate
  • Provide a substantial contribution to TP Vision’s data-driven marketing capabilities
  • Develop data-driven marketing projects to optimize consumer experience through personalization, consumer analytics and marketing automation technology
  • Drive and optimize the segmentation & personalization strategy of all direct-to-consumer communication channels and translate this into practical implementation across channels
  • Ensure the technical performance of all CRM touchpoints with a specific focus on the DRP (Dynamic Registration Platform)
  • Identify, develop, create and continuously improve CRM communications
  • Make decisions based on our data to improve all CRM communications and set a standard to enhance personalized content to maximize our member lifetime value
  • Partner up with external agencies to optimize, improve and enhance CRM performance and stay educated on new opportunities
  • Work closely with consumer care team to ensure smooth (post-)purchase experience and nurturing period

Education And Related Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced and international organization
  • An Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion to build (and change)
  • Experience with the formation of CRM strategies
  • Experience and affinity with CRM tools
  • Proven success in running data-driven marketing projects and deep consumer analytics
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills to collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills in English, and Dutch, or any other European language
  • Ability to understand and respond to business needs in a rapidly changing environment
