The Compensation and Benefits Manager is positioned as an HR-expert role within our European HR-team to help drive change and improvements across our European portfolio of reward programs. However, as we are a small team you will also have the opportunity to get involved in projects or take initiative in other areas across the HR function. You will report to the HR Director Europe.
Your scope is mainly Europe, where you will cover the three legal entities falling under TPV Technology in Europe; TP Vision, MMD and AOC. In this unique position, you will be our market expert when it comes to creating, managing and bench marking international conditions and salary levels and to ensure we are an attractive employer.
