Scope

The Compensation & Benefits Analyst will play an important part in both the operational and strategical development of the Compensation and Benefits across our organization. We are looking for someone who is analytical, data savvy and is excited to contribute to the Compensation & Benefits function.
Your role if primarily to support to the compensation and benefits function in which you may assist with data analysis, job architecture, market research salary administration and preparation of communications materials
This position will safeguard that our employees are compensated and rewarded accurately and properly by accurate datamanagement, data analysis and providing insights and advise on basis of this data, and also contributing to improve our processes and policies for our C&B department.
This is a perfect role for an analytical specialist ready to the (or a) next step in her/his career.

Responsibility

• Creating analytical reports on C&B data for corporate and regional management.
• Conducting and analysing costs and competitive trends in compensation & benefits programs and surveys.
• Participation in development of compensation and benefits policy in which you will be drafting compensation and benefit plan procedures and communications materials.
• Providing support to develop the job architecture framework
• Support the HR team on C&B topics, such as providing information on the processes & policies.
• Provides data insights to HR colleague via answering questions and requests and cooperates with the different department, amongst which HR and Finance.

This role also is supporting to payroll activities, which could include the following activities:
• Contribute to payroll forecast, audits and ad-hoc analysis.
• Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
• Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures and performs pre-validation of payroll concepts.

Education And Related Experience

Education/ experience; Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related area with 3+ years' experience in either Finance or HR.

Other skills/ qualifications
• Fluency in English (Other languages are an advantage)
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Desktop applications, especially Excel
• Excellent planning & organization skills; works in a structured manner with strong attention to data accuracy
• A basis knowledge of HR processes.
• Is comfortable with assigned tasks that require initiative, organization, and independent judgment in solving these
• Maintains employee confidence and able to handle with confidential information.
• Ability to communicate efficiently and make complicated concepts simple
