As our Compensation and Benefits Specialist for Europe you will cover the three legal entities falling under TPV Technology in Europe; TP Vision, MMD and AOC. You will be overseeing, managing and administering our employees’ rewards and benefits. In this unique position, you will be our market expert when it comes to creating, managing and bench marking international conditions and salary levels.
The Compensation and Benefits Specialist role is positioned as an HR-specialist role within our European HR team to help drive change and improvements across our global portfolio of reward programs. However, as we are a small team you will also have the opportunity to get involved in projects or take initiative in other areas across the HR function. You will report to the HR Director Europe
