Your scope is mainly Europe, where you will cover the three legal entities falling under TPV Technology in Europe; TP Vision, MMD and AOC. In this unique position, you will be our market expert when it comes to creating, managing and bench marking international conditions and salary levels and to ensure we are an attractive employer.

  • Design, develop and implement reward recomendations with a focus on harmonization, improvements and efficiencies
  • Ensure compensation practices including pensions/insurances are compliant and competitive across countries in Europe
  • Pro-active sparring partner on C&B matters and act as a coach for the team on C&B topics
  • Owning the analysis, administration, and participation of annual compensation and benefits market data reviews
  • Maintaining the HRMS system functionality
  • Defining job content and market rates (descriptions, grading, competences, evaluations, classifications, market surveys, etc) based on the Haygroup methodology
  • Executing periodic audits and delivering reports to management
  • Supporting mobility cases like cross border work
  • Providing support for our internal HR C&B related processes
  • Updating internal and external documentation and policies as required
  • Lead and participate in relevant project initiatives
  • Support and advice on M&A activities
Purpose Of The Position

The Compensation and Benefits Manager is positioned as an HR-specialist role within our European HR-team to help drive change and improvements across our European portfolio of reward programs. However, as we are a small team you will also have the opportunity to get involved in projects or take initiative in other areas across the HR function. You will report to the HR Director Europe.

Education And Related Experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in HR, Labor Law, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or Business preferred
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience working in HR ideally on European compensation and benefits programs
  • Projectmanagement experience in a driving/leading role
  • Highly proficient working with large data sets and providing insight into conclusions and creating accurate reports
  • Excellent ability to determine interdepencies and have a helopter view across the different entities
  • Ability to dive into detail whilst keeping in mind the big picture
  • Experience using and maintaining HRIS-systems
  • Expert analytical abilities, very highly developed knowledge of excel
  • Fluency in Dutch and English – additional languages are a plus
  • Effective and efficient communication with various stakeholders
  • Positive, flexible, self-driven and fast learning team player who is able and willing to coach other team members
  • Trackrecord in identifying issues and taking ownership in overcoming obstacles and introducing solutions
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/responsibilities at the same time
