The Salesforce Business Analyst will be based in the European Shared Service Centre (SSC) in Prague, responsible for various Salesforce analytical, development, and architectural tasks for the entire European organization and beyond. As part of a team, the person in this position will be accountable for end-to-end delivery of customized solutions for our business, supporting all internal customers. The role requires versatility to switch between project-based business analysis and Salesforce development and support. The team consists of 6 people and provides support for 1000 users within TP Vision and MMD Monitors and displays Europe, USA, Russia, Turkey and China. This year implementing the support for Latin America and India. We are presently searching for our team a new colleague with a focus on business analyses.

• Work with business stakeholders and end users to gather, understand and define business requirements
• Develop user stories/scenarios and to-be process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions for our internal clients
• Work collaboratively with team members to design and implement effective solutions that meet specialist/global requirements
• Collaborate with developers to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements
• Participate in key meetings with stakeholders including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end user training
• Help to drive continuous improvement within the own team in the area of Salesforce.com by assessing needs of internal teams
• Assist in the design and implementation of new features and change requests including automation, scripting, troubleshooting and fine-tuning
• Participate in projects that involve various stakeholders to introduce new features, promote overall acceptance, increase usability and know-how of Salesforce
• Work on both major/large projects and smaller projects, including the planned rollout of the Salesforce interface to India and Brazil in 2023

• University degree
• Min 2 years’ work experience in business analyses/operational support /development in Salesforce, ideally Sales Cloud; min 5 years of experience in total
• Knowledge of Force.com (Apex, Visualforce, SOQL), triggers and classes
• Proven ability leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
• Retail, manufacturing, distribution, finance industry experience welcome
• Fluent in English
• Business analyst qualification, BSC or equivalent an advantage
• Demonstrable experience in gathering and analyzing user requirements and delivering solutions to customers
• Understanding of Delivery and Project Management frameworks, methodologies, and practices (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum)
• Capable of managing multiple cases simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive behavior to resolve problems and queries
• Structured and analytical approach
• Knowledge in Sparx system is an advantage
