BI Developer - Data & Processes improvement is part of the team of Sales Operations team for Europe within our Share Service Centre in Prague. The aim of this position is to set up and maintain main data flows between our systems SIT (Stock-in-trade internally created SQL database), QlikView, Salesforce Analytics and SAP.

• Optimizing and streamlining existing processes and flows to eliminate redundancies and inefficiencies and to improve response times and customer experience
• Continuous improvement of data processing through constant analysis, corrective actions and evaluation
• Ownership of procedures and analysis of output
• Training, mentoring and development of team colleagues in the areas of expertise
• Strong involvement in projects is expected, either as a project member or project coordinator

• Design, implement and maintain optimized data flows between company systems and creation of processes description
• Troubleshoot issues in data availability and/or quality with local contacts and escalate if necessary
• Create ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into data warehouses
• Optimize current solutions for data management, transformation and flow
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations that enable the organization to make informed business decisions
• Improve overall process efficiency of data sharing between TP Vision and key partners (EDI/FTP/other electronic interchange formats)
• Coach and develop the team to reach operational excellence with reasonable time spent

• Min. Bachelor degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Experience min 3-5 years in similar role (development & implementation & data) as developer, data analyst, consultant, solution architect
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with ETL processes and data modeling.
• Knowledge of json, JavaScript, php or other programming language is a plus
• Experience with SAP/Salesforce/QlikView is advantage
• Project management capabilities, certification is a plus
• Fluency in English, multi-lingual is a plus
• Logical thinking and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and back
• Creative, challenging, bold, proactive and detail oriented
• Strong communication skills and team spirit
• Proactive behavior in order to resolve problems & queries with analytical and efficiency focus
• Structured approach & close loop follow-up
