TP Vision is seeking a Controlling Assistant to join our Shared Service Center in Prague. As a Controlling Assistant, you will work closely with our Accounting and Order-to-Cash teams in Poland and Prague, as well as the sales and marketing teams in European countries, providing support in reporting, controls, and the management of commitments in Salesforce.

• Generating and maintaining weekly and monthly reports.
• Conducting regular checks on our internal control systems to ensure compliance, working closely with revenue accountants and contractual rebates controllers.
• Reviewing and approving payment requests related to sales provisions in Salesforce.com, aligning them with planned sales activities and using a checklist when necessary.
• Acting as a backup for revenue accountants by approving commitments in Salesforce.com.
• Assisting revenue accountants with audit tasks to ensure accurate financial records.
• Conducting quarterly checks on commitments to support revenue accountants.
• Participating in improvement projects aimed at enhancing our reporting and control processes.
• Assisting with other controlling tasks as required.
• Harmonizing reports by comparing and identifying any discrepancies.
• Collaborating with the local sales and marketing team to clarify any ambiguous requests.

• Very interesting position for cca. 0,5 part-time work, for long-term cooperation, with a minimum duration of 5 months.

• Remuneration: 170 - 200 CZK/ hod, compensation based on hours worked depending on experience

• University student in finance or economics (preferred)
• Experience in finance related role or proven interest in finance field
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools, specifically Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), and a willingness to learn new systems
• Fluent in English, additional languages a plus
• Good communication skills
• Analytical thinking, proactive, solution oriented attitude
• Eager to learn, is not afraid to ask, team player
