Supporting quotes

“Access to TV on demand and linear OTT channels without the need for a set top box will enhance the TV experience in Brazil. The integration of TIM’s Live Blue Box service into our Philips Smart TVs will ideally complement our comprehensive Philips Smart TV offering.”

Albert Mombarg, Head of Smart TV at TP Vision

“For TIM, this partnership represents an important step in expanding the Live TIM Blue Box offer for consumers. Brazilians love watching TV and videos on the internet, but struggle to find their preferred shows out of thousands of options. The new app will offer a service called Blue Box do Seu Jeito that recognizes consumer preferences and recommends shows accordingly.”

José Eugênio Hudson, Business Development Director for TIM Fiber, business unit of TIM Brazil

* Live TIM Blue Box is a service that delivers the most relevant content to Brazilian consumers – in a very simple and intuitive way via fiber-based broadband internet connection. Blue Box is in a beta phase with Live TIM customers in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro.
